You aren't "bad" at habits. You've just been fighting your own biology.

Consistency isn't a personality trait — it’s a neural circuit. Rewire with GRACE™ is the 90-day physical tracker built on neuroplasticity — designed to work with your brain, not against it.

The 90-Day Intention

The Rewire Worksheet

You’ve tried before. That’s not the problem.

If you are a bit fed up with yourself but aren’t ready to give up, you’re exactly where you need to be.

If you’re already on Day 14 and you’ve missed a week — that’s not failure. That’s exactly where the real rewire begins.

Most habit systems fail the same way. Most trackers ask you to be a different person on Day 1 than you were on Day 0. They ask you to rely on motivation or discipline — which are notoriously  unreliable. They set up streaks — which activate shame the moment you miss a day. They treat consistency as a character trait you either have or you don’t.

You don’t have a willpower problem. You have a design problem.

Research shows that habits that last aren’t built through willpower alone. They are built by:

  • Anchoring new behaviors to existing ones.
  • Designing your environment to make the behavior easy.
  • Planning specifically for the moments when things go sideways.

For example: instead of “I’ll try to exercise more,” you design “After my morning coffee, I pick up my dumbbells — every day, just 10 minutes.”

Rewire with GRACE™ is built around exactly that research — not as a backdrop, but as the actual structure of every page.

This isn’t about “doing it right.” It’s about building a neural circuit that makes your best habits as automatic as brushing your teeth.

The GRACE™ Framework

What makes Rewire with GRACE™ different

GRACE is a five-pillar framework built around the core daily practices that research identifies as the essential foundations for neuroplasticity and lasting behavior change.

The Rule of One: You don’t have to master all five pillars at once. One habit, one pillar, practiced consistently. That is how the rewire happens.

See how the framework translates into an actual page.

The 90-Day Intention

This is where the rewire begins — not with a vague resolution, but with a specific, brain-friendly plan anchored to your values and your life.

The Habit Rewire Worksheet

This is the design work. See how the GRACE framework turns an intention into a habit your brain can actually hold onto.

See what a real rewire looks like — imperfect days included.

The first day is a promise. The first week is where you find out if your design actually works — and where you learn to adjust it without giving up.

Neesha B., Private Coach & Educational Consultant

About Neesha B.

The person behind the tracker.

I’m a coach and educational consultant with 25+ years in coaching, education, and behaviour support. My work has always focused on the same core question: what actually needs to change — and how do you build the capacity to change it?

Rewire with GRACE™ grew out of my own relationship with the GRACE practices and my training in ACT, mindfulness, self-compassion, and behaviour support. I spent years studying how behaviours are acquired, maintained, and changed — first as an educator working in special education and counselling psychology, and later as a coach. I developed GRACE because I needed it myself — and because the research kept pointing to the same five foundations. That foundation is what makes this tracker different from a notebook with good intentions.

The research on neuroplasticity and habit formation is more hopeful than most systems let on — and more specific. Your brain is designed to change. The question is whether your approach is designed to work with that.

This tracker is my attempt to put that research into a format you can actually use.
