Purpose

  • Show your Parenting Style Assessment results.
  • Send newsletters, follow-up emails based on your result, and resources.
  • Process bookings and payments.
  • Measure and improve our website, content, and the assessment.

This Privacy Policy applies in addition to our Terms and Conditions.

Consent

We collect and use your personal data as described in this policy. Where we need your consent, we ask for it clearly, and you can withdraw it at any time.

  • Email: when you take the Parenting Style Assessment, you enter your first name and email address and tick a box to receive monthly articles and follow-up emails based on your result. The box is required to see your results, and we never tick it for you. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
  • Analytics: our site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it. You can opt out at any time (see Cookies below).

Assessment answer log. We also keep a log in Google Sheets with the date, the 12 answers, and the result. It does not include your name or email address. We use it to see how parents answer each question overall.

How We Use Personal Data

  • Show your assessment results and deliver coaching resources.
  • Send newsletters, updates, and follow-up emails based on your assessment result (with an unsubscribe option).
  • Book and manage coaching sessions.
  • Process payments securely.
  • Improve website performance, content, and the assessment, including seeing which questions are answered and where people stop.

Who We Share Data With

We only share data with trusted third parties as necessary:

  • MailerLite — your name, email address, assessment result, and a record of your consent (time and source), so we can send emails.
  • Google Analytics — pages viewed, which assessment questions were answered and how long the assessment took, your result type, approximate location, and device information.
  • Stripe — secure payment processing.
  • Calendly — appointment booking.
  • Zoom — video sessions.
  • Google Workspace — secure storage of client notes, intake forms, documents, and the assessment answer log (Google Sheets).
  • CrocWeb — hosts our website and the assessment.

These providers have access only to the minimum data required to perform their services.

Cookies

A cookie is a small file stored on your device. We use cookies for:

  • Functional purposes — remembering selections and preferences.
  • Analytics — understanding how visitors use our site through Google Analytics, so we can improve its design, content, and performance.

Google Analytics loads when you visit our site. To opt out, you can install Google’s opt-out browser add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) or block cookies in your browser settings. The assessment works either way, though blocking cookies may affect other parts of the site.

Data Storage & Protection

  • We store data on secure servers and use browser encryption.
  • Google Workspace provides encryption and account-level security for stored client documents.
  • Only Neesha B. Coaching & Educational Consulting has access to client notes.
  • While we take reasonable precautions, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide services or meet legal obligations.

  • Email subscribers: we keep your details until you unsubscribe. If you stop opening our emails, we may ask whether you still want them and remove you if you don’t reply.
  • Assessment answer log: 24 months.
  • Booking and payment records: as long as the law requires.

International Data Transfers

Your data may be stored or processed in:

  • European Union (including Ireland)

Google may process data in the United States. We protect all transferred data in line with this Privacy Policy.

Children’s Data

The Parenting Style Assessment is written for parents and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data. If we discover we have, we will delete it promptly.

You have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
  • Withdraw consent or unsubscribe from emails at any time.
  • File a complaint if you believe your rights are not being respected.
