Whether your goal is to manage your stress, reduce your anxiety, or avoid burnout, the challenge that all these conditions have in common is that they involve working with difficult thoughts and feelings.
I work with women and teen girls who are looking for effective solutions that are individualized to and work for them.
I also work with parents who want support building strong and healthy relationships with their children, while navigating the challenges that come with raising children in this modern world.
There are a variety of methodologies and strategies that we will draw from while we work together, but the primary approaches I use are Empathic Communication, and Acceptance and Commitment Coaching, which is based on the principles of Acceptance and Commitment Training.
